What are 'credits' and subscriptions?⌄
Every free account receives up to 15 free messages per cycle. Upgrading to VIP or Diamond provides unlimited messages, faster response times, priority access, and deeper character memory.
Are the replies from real people?⌄
No. All responses are generated in real-time by advanced artificial intelligence. None of our characters are operated by real people.
What if I don't want to login?⌄
You can explore the Discover catalog freely without logging in. When you want to chat or create characters, signing in with your email or social account saves your chats and links your subscription.
Why is AI-bot forgetful?⌄
AI characters maintain conversation history within an active memory window. Upgrading to our Diamond plan activates expanded memory so characters can remember long-term context and past conversations more accurately.
Can anyone else talk to my created character?⌄
When you build a character in the Create section, you can toggle visibility: choose Public to share them with the entire community in Discover, or keep it private so only you can chat with them.
How do we use character tags?⌄
Tags help categorize stories into genres like cyberpunk, mystery, romance, fantasy, or adventure. In Discover, click on any tag chip to filter characters instantly. When creating a character, add comma-separated tags to help people find your story.
Can the bot fully understand me?⌄
Yes. ZylorAI characters understand natural conversation, role-play narrative prompts, and actions placed inside asterisks like *walks into the room*. They can also understand and reply in both English and Spanish automatically.
Can the chat history be restored?⌄
Your chat history is stored locally in your browser for each character. If you want a fresh start, simply click the reset icon (↺) in the top header of the chat room.
How to report bad bot or issues?⌄
If an AI character generates inappropriate content or if you encounter any technical glitch, please contact us at support@zylorai.com or report it to a moderator on our Discord server.
